Joey Zheng is a DoP based in Houston TX born from a background in stills photography. He currently works in Houston, LA, and NYC. He shot films all over the US, China, and the UAE. Some of his work includes narrative features and shorts, commercials, and music videos. He has also lensed "Bloom", a Chinese feature film that won Best Cinematography at the Richmond International Film Festival in 2021.
I specialize in cinematography, camera assistance/operation, and gaffing/G&E. Post side, I am adept at color grading via DaVinci Resolve and minor SFX with After Effects.
